This is a gear cover intended for the WST Brushless Motor Plate. It is highly recommended for pinion clearance when using a brushless motor. 

This is not a completely sealed gear cover. It is just enough to prevent carpet fuzz from getting in your spur gear that can get kicked up from the outdrives.

It uses factory hardware.

You can also use this with the stock motor/motor plate.
